Please complete the form below as the information will assist us in forming mentor pods. We aspire to create diverse pods where mentors and mentees can learn and grow. There is no time requirement to be a mentor, but we do ask that you make pod meetings and events a priority. An Informal text group will allow for additional communication between pod members.

What are the time requirements to participate in this program?
The time you devote to the mentor program is solely up to you. There are no 'monitored' hours to log or mandatory events to attend. Your assigned mentor pod will schedule monthly meetings and the ODA will provide additional opportunities for your mentor pod to meet throughout the year. We do ask that you make mentor pod and events a priority while participating in the program.
Who can participate in the mentor program?
Any ODA member dentist is eligible to participate. You do not have to be currently practicing to participate.
Can I request a specific mentor pod?
We do our best to match you with a mentor pod based on your schedule and current needs for the diversity within the pod.
How to you match the mentors with the mentor pods?
The ODA staff does their best to match mentors with pods based on their meeting preferences, interests, specialty interests and location.
